Contributors

SuperCitizen is open-source civic education — Apache 2.0 (code), CC-BY-SA-4.0 (content). It is built in the open by people who write lessons, file bias reports, ship code, and pressure-test the neutrality guarantees.

v1.0 status

The public contributor roll lands here as the founding-contributor pack is seated post-launch. Until then, contributions are tracked in the open on GitHub, and every accepted contribution is credited by name or handle with a link to the work.

Ways to contribute

  • Write or review lessons. Source-grounded, neutral, contestable markdown. Every lesson needs a sources: frontmatter or it fails the build.
  • Report biased coach behavior. Confirmed regressions become permanent regression tests and may qualify for the bug-bounty. Report bias →
  • Ship code. The app, MCP server, and Skill bundle are all open. See github.com/supercitizen.
  • Publish a content pack. Third-party feeds are ed25519-signed, sha-pinned, and trust-tiered — the platform doesn’t gatekeep what gets published.

Founding-contributor pack

A time-boxed cohort of early contributors receiving stipends for foundational lesson-writing and review, funded by donations. Composition, stipend terms, and names are published here and cross-listed at /transparency as the cohort is seated.

Credit & licensing

Content contributions are licensed CC-BY-SA-4.0, code under Apache 2.0. Contributors retain authorship credit; nothing you contribute is relicensed out from under the commons.
