The board we’re building
Two bodies, kept deliberately distinct: a working board that governs the nonprofit, and a cross-spectrum editorial board whose only job is to keep us neutral. We recruit by discipline and perspective — diverse enough that no single worldview can quietly set the frame. Seats are filled in public.

Treasurer and Secretary seats are open. We’re looking for detail-oriented stewards for the nonprofit’s finances, compliance, and records.
Editorial board
Cross-spectrum — open
Target balance, revisited annually: two conservative, two progressive, one libertarian, one communitarian — recruited by discipline (constitutional law, state & local government, journalism, philosophy, civic education, organizing).
